All faculty members are invited to apply for CEEMAN IMTA - International Management Teachers Academy, which will be taking place from 13 to 19 June 2027 in Bled, Slovenia.

IMTA provides a unique opportunity for young faculty to develop and improve their curricula, course design, teaching materials and particularly teaching skills and methods. CEEMAN's flagship program is heavily based on the case method, including teaching with cases, case writing, and performance evaluation and feedback to students. It is also designed to improve competences and skills integral to specific managerial disciplines.

The exchange of ideas and experience with colleagues from other countries is also an invaluable source of learning and an effective instrument in establishing professional contacts and networks.

Part 1 (13–16 June 2027)

Focuses on general aspects of management education with emphasis on the case method and project work. Participants explore essential skills for teaching, mentoring, and leadership roles. Core components include:

Teaching with cases: Analysis, discussion facilitation, and feedback techniques
Curriculum design: Building integrated, high-impact courses
Performance feedback: Methods for constructive and actionable student guidance
Pedagogical tools: Engaging lectures, simulations, and experiential exercises
Teamwork and project management skills for faculty

Part 2 (16–19 June 2027)

Organized into disciplinary tracks, this part addresses teaching and learning needs specific to different management disciplines, while offering interdisciplinary perspectives. Tracks emphasize pedagogical choices, experimentation, and hands-on practice, including opportunities to teach cases with mentor feedback. This part covers advanced teaching methods in specialized subjects, the design and delivery of original cases, and peer-to-peer teaching practice complemented by constructive feedback. In addition, participants benefit from individual and small-group mentoring sessions, as well as the integration of new research findings into teaching.
