Mediation is a fast-growing industry that is transforming government systems, including the judiciary, by offering people, businesses, institutions and communities the opportunity for optimal, cost-effective, people-centred dispute and conflict resolution. Since 2018, the KROK Business School has been a participant in the ERASMUS+ MEDIATS project, the goal of which is to transform society through the development of the institution of mediation. Together with the Universities of Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, KROK Business School acquires the best European practices in the field of mediation and conflict management in order to create a culture of mediation and provide quality education in mediation. One of the results of participation in the project was a new collection of publications "MEDIATION IN PROGRESS", which contains articles of both academic and practice-oriented nature, presenting achievements in the use, teaching and popularization of mediation in the countries participating in the MEDIATS project (Netherlands, Latvia, Spain, Germany, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Ukraine). The value and uniqueness of this collection of articles lies in the description of the variety of approaches to the use of mediation - both legal and managerial prerequisites. The publications are the quintessence of the unique experience of the countries participating in the project, which can be studied and comprehended for the further development of mediation, a culture of conflict resolution, and the organization of dialogues. The collection contains articles by faculty members of the "Master of Mediation and Conflict Management" program of the KROK Business School: Associate Professor Natalia Kalinina "MEDIATION AND ITS ROLE IN BUILDING A HEALTHY CORPORATE CULTURE AND ATTRACTIVE HR BRAND OF A COMPANY" and business-instructor Oksana Demchenko "HOW TO "TAME" THE CONFLICT WITH MEDIATION". The collection will be useful to practicing mediators, lawyers, judges, business owners and managers, as well as students of educational programs in the field of mediation and conflict management.
