CEEMAN continues offering advisory Dean2Dean meetings as part of its Annual Conference

CEEMAN is characterized by diversity, and our member institutions are continuously going through changes caused by the development of the institution as such and/or by the fast changing environment. There is vast collective and individual expertise within the network, and many issues of common interest that deans from our member institutions could share with each other. Partially, we enable this exchange through our conferences and other events. CEEMAN IQA accreditation system helps institutions develop in a more structured and formal way, addressing all aspects of institutional performance. However, often more individual support is needed and can be especially of great help for new generations of institutional leaders.

Therefore, since 2014, CEEMAN offers a new service for its Annual Conference participants, providing special time and place for individual Dean2Dean meetings where they can share and get personal advice from experienced deans, discuss potential cooperation and partnerships, or any other issues of interest.

The 2018 Dean2Dean meetings are scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday, 19 September as part of pre-conference events of the 26th CEEMAN Annual Conference “Redefining Management Education: Excellence and Relevance”. Based on received interest (marked in the Conference registration form), CEEMAN Office will put together a list of deans available for the meetings, make a schedule and help to establish the initial contact. The service is free of charge for members, while any further cooperation conditions, depending on the extent of engagement, are subject to individual agreement between the parties.
