Make it a priority to assess and improve your program management skills in these challenging times, and
join the Program Management Seminar 2021. For now, the seminar is scheduled to take place online. If the pandemic is completely under control,
we might switch to a hybrid format, where participants would have a choice of online or face-to-face participation in Bled, Slovenia.
The seminar will take place in the afternoons (Central European Time) of 25-27 August 2021, (module 1) and 14-15 October 2021 (module 2). Individual mentoring sessions will be organized online on 4 and 11 September.
Through group discussions, briefings by experts, and case analyses of challenges encountered in business schools’ daily routines, this seminar will cover topics that help you strengthen your program management capabilities.
In the first module, we discuss how a positive learning environment can be created and how the role of the Program Manager shapes a positive customer experience. Marketing and sales topics will be given attention. Alumni relations and responsible program management practices will also be discussed.
In the second module, we are focusing on team management and time management, as we know that these are some of the well-known challenges of program managers.
In the mentoring session, we try to help you find the solutions to your unresolved issues related to program management.
The topics treated are especially relevant now, with the disruptions in management education caused by the pandemic and the implications it has on program design and delivery, marketing and admissions, and quality assurance.
We are very excited to meet the new generation of program managers, coordinators, and directors in charge of the overall program management or its individual segments. You will get an opportunity to learn from each other and get advice from a high-profile team of internationally renowned professors and institutional leaders from prominent business schools around the world.
