This year Faculty of Organizational Sciences offers the international summer programme: Sustainable Practice in the Financial Industry which will take place at FON campus in Belgrade from 15th to 19th of July 2024. It offers final year undergraduates and master’s students the opportunity to upgrade their academic and practical skills in the fields of finance, management and data science, and to develop new skills that could help them in further studies and/or work. Furthermore, the participants will gain the opportunity create lasting friendships with like-minded students from other countries.
The program includes interactive lectures and workshops that cover the topics of sustainable and responsible practice, sustainable finance and fintech, sustainable project management, qualitative and quantitative skills, and problem-solving and presentation skills. The lecturers and workshops are delivered by renowned professors from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, recognized industry experts, company representatives and distinguished guest lecturers.
The benefits of the program are manifold. All the participants get the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills, get insight into the future possibilities, develop a network of contacts and friends, experience living on their own away from home, enrich their resume with a certificate issued by a renowned faculty, attend a program at the most popular faculty of the University of Belgrade conducted by experienced professors and practitioners and get 3 ECTS credits after successful completion of the program. The number of credits is recommended by FON, but the validation of credits by their home universities is the responsibility of attendants.
The program schedule is organized in such a way that, besides the time required for study, students will also have enough time to relax, practice friendship-oriented extracurricular activities, attend cultural events and explore the city of Belgrade.
Activities are organized Monday through Friday 9:00 to 16:30 with two short coffee breaks and a lunch break. On the final day, students will present their solutions.

FEE: €340 (early bird €290)
The fee includes participation in all curricular activities – lectures and workshops, lunches and coffee, and two extracurricular activities (one of which includes dinner).
