During the first part of the program, the participants have the opportunity to discuss and improve their knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes related to general aspects of management education, including teaching philosophy, strategy, teaching and learning tools, methods (including the case method), course design, student assessment and evaluation, as well as the use and impact of information technologies and innovation in learning and teaching.
Second part of the residential module offers a selection of disciplinary tracks, providing a deeper hands-on insight into the teaching of specific disciplines, lots of useful teaching tools and individual feedback. Online coaching will be provided to participants as new addition to the program.
