IMTA- International Management Teachers Academy 2018

Bled, Slovenia
The International Management Teachers Academy, IMTA, is a unique two-week faculty development program that CEEMAN has been running since the year 2000 and that has educated almost 600 graduates.

As a professional in any area, it is important to keep up with latest trends, developments, see what others are doing and reflect on your own capabilities. Management education professors unfortunately do not get many chances to do that, although investing in faculty should be at the top of each management institution’s priority list.

CEEMAN International Management Teachers Academy is one of such programs where management education professionals have the chance to reflect on their own teaching, test their techniques and receive unbiased feedback, hear about latest trends and receive advice from experienced and internationally renowned professors.

“We all came as professors from our universities, having taught for several years before and we all had preconceived ideas of what teaching should be, but we never really thought how the teaching could be. And this is what we get here” (Davor Labaš, assistant professor at Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb, Croatia).

The 2018 edition of IMTA will take place from 17-28 June in Bled, Slovenia.
