During the first week of the program, the participants have the opportunity to discuss and improve their knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes related to general aspects of management education, including teaching philosophy and strategy, teaching and learning tools and methods (including the case method), course design, student assessment and evaluation, as well as the use and impact of information technologies and innovation in learning and teaching.
Week two of the program offers a selection of disciplinary tracks, providing a deeper hands-on insight into the teaching of specific disciplines, providing lots of useful teaching tools and individual feedback.
Program faculty of the program consists of world-class management professors from prominent business schools and carefully selected participants greatly contribute to the horizontal component of the program – learning from each other.
The inspirational learning environment is to a great extent facilitated by the boutique character of the program, which results from highly interactive and personalized communication and collaboration with program faculty and fellow program participants, working either in multidisciplinary teams during the first week of the program, or disciplinary focused groups during the second week.
