The topic of SymOrg 2016 is “Reshaping the Future through Sustainable Business Development and Entrepreneurship”. The Symposium provides an excellent forum for scientists, researchers and practitioners to present and discuss the latest achievements and point to the future directions and trends in management and management-related disciplines in a pleasant and creative atmosphere.

We are pleased to inform you that the XV International Symposium SymOrg 2016 will be held at Zlatibor from June 10 to 13, 2016.

New technologies and new business models are changing the future. Numerous opportunities for business development imply incremental improvement or breakthrough changes of products, services and processes. Innovation and entrepreneurship are seen as key drivers for the creation of more sustainable economies and societies. The management of today should facilitate business development to be more sustainable economically, socially and environmentally. This poses many questions and challenges for researchers and practitioners.

We hope that SymOrg 2016 will provide relevant answers and ideas related to the development of sustainable economies and societies through entrepreneurship and innovation. The programme of the Symposium includes lectures from visiting scholars, the SymOrg Business Forum round table, interactive discussions in working sessions, presentations, panels, and numerous social activities.

Your participation will once again prove that sharing information, experiences, ideas and visions of the future in a creative and friendly environment will only extend knowledge and competences.
