The Scientific Conference, Polish-Czech-Slovak Day 2, is scheduled to be held at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. The event is set to take place on March 6, 2024. This conference serves as a proactive response to the imperative of fostering enhanced collaboration on scientific, pedagogical, and organizational fronts among universities from Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

The objective of the international conference, "Polish-Czech-Slovak Day 2. Green Universities for Society and Economy" is to showcase ongoing and prospective research projects undertaken or designed by researchers and PhD students from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in collaboration with Czech and Slovak partners. In its second edition, we aim to place special emphasis on research addressing sustainable development issues that contribute to shaping a new societal and economic model, including the financial and managerial determinants influencing these processes.

The dissemination of scientific study results on these subjects, beyond serving cognitive purposes, is intended to foster increased cooperation and partnership between Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia in various aspects of their socio-economic life. Additionally, it aims to optimize the utilization of development opportunities through the synergistic expansion of their resources.

In 2023, a total of 60 researchers participated in the Polish-Czech-Slovak Day. Czech and Slovak partners were represented by employees from the following universities: Technical University of Liberec, Silesian University in Opava, Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem, VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, VSE- Prague University of Economics and Business, Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, University of Hradec Králové, University of Economics in Bratislava, AMBIS College, Mendel University in Brno, and Masaryk University.
