The Central Eurasia Leadership Network (CELA) is actively seeking a new host institution for the CELA Academy. Having previously conducted their programs at KOC University in Istanbul and Kutaisi International University, they are now looking to expand their horizons, ideally to institutions in non-CELA countries, such as those in the Baltics and Eastern Europe.

The Academy events, which are typically scheduled for the end of July or beginning of August, require specific facilities and services. CELA has outlined their criteria for the new location as follows:

  1. Easy Air Access and Lenient Visa Regime: The ideal institution should offer easy air access and a lenient visa regime for participants from CELA countries.
  2. Proximity to Capital City: To minimize the need for extensive ground transportation, the institution should be in close proximity to a capital city.
  3. Accommodation Capacity: A dormitory capable of comfortably accommodating about 70 people is required.
  4. Conference Facilities: Essential facilities include a large conference hall with sound and visual systems, alongside 7-8 smaller auditoriums, preferably all within the same building and on the same floor.
  5. Dining Options: The institution should have a cafeteria or dining hall that can cater to 70 people.
  6. Quality Food Services: Availability of good quality local food or a separate catering service is important.

While CELA has a budget for this purpose, they are looking for an affordable option to maintain a relatively low tuition fee for the CELA Academy participants.
