Prof. Spinola understands that knowing the correlation between the psychological and the negotiators' profiles, it could help us in a more consistent way to negotiate. The negotiation  process has a large behavioral component, which will facilitate the construction of mental maps, neutralize perverse tactics and reverse difficult conversations, looking for results that will be satisfactory to the actors involved in a negotiation process.

CEEMAN members are invited to contribute to research by answering the questionnaire through the link: https://goo.gl/forms/PteEJCr1Wiusyocn1 . The questions are objective and your response time is a maximum of 10 minutes, the questionnaire will be open until 5 April 2019. The anonymity will be preserved. The research is exclusively academic and the results of the survey should be known at the end of July.

If necessary, CEEMAN members may contact Prof. Ana Tereza Spinola via email: ana.spinola@fgv.br and/or +55 21 3799 5602.
