19th Annual Scientific Baltic Business Management Conference 2026: TECHNOLOGY, TURBULENCE, AND TRANSFORMATION: REIMAGINING BUSINESS AND SOCIETY FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE. The ASBBMC 2026 brings together researchers, business leaders, and policymakers to explore these critical themes, exchange knowledge, and develop forward-looking solutions. The conference provides a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue, addressing the transformational impact of technology, the realities of global turbulence, and the leadership required to navigate an increasingly complex world.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in insightful discussions, share research and practical experiences, and build meaningful international collaborations.

This year’s theme, “Technologies, Turbulence, and Transformation: Reshaping Business and Society for a Sustainable Future,” addresses the pressing challenges and opportunities shaping today’s global environment. The conference will feature distinguished speakers from Germany, Türkiye, Latvia, and other countries, alongside academic sessions focused on innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, and contemporary business research.

We warmly encourage researchers to present their work and engage in scholarly exchange, networking, and new international collaborations.

The plenary programme on 27 May will bring together keynote speakers and panellists exploring innovation, leadership, and sustainability, including Toms Rostoks on geopolitical challenges, Bella Butler on leadership under uncertainty, Tim Brüggemann on the future of AI in higher education, Cengiz Hakan Aydin on learning in the Human-Tech era, and Marine Krasovska on the future of finance.
