The Association of African Business Schools (AABS) is pleased to announce the 2025 African Deans & Directors Forum, taking place from 10–14 November 2025 at Woxsen University in Hyderabad, India.
The Forum is one of the most important annual gatherings for African business school leaders and their global peers. It offers a space for deans, directors, faculty, and partners to come together to discuss key issues shaping management education, leadership, and innovation.
For the first time, the Forum will be hosted outside Africa, highlighting AABS’s commitment to strengthening ties across the Global South. This unique setting will allow participants to explore synergies between African and Asian institutions while experiencing the academic and cultural richness of India.
The 2025 Forum is organized in collaboration with CLADEA as Regional Partner and GRLI as Impact Partner, bringing valuable global and regional perspectives to the discussions. Their partnership reinforces the forum’s mission of fostering collaboration and advancing responsible management education across continents.
The 2025 edition will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, and interactive workshops covering themes such as responsible leadership, sustainable development, innovation in teaching and research, and the role of business schools in shaping society.
