It was a great opportunity to take part in this CEEMAN program, during which I gained knowledge from the faculty but also from the participants. I will certainly recommend it to members of INSEAD. This should become a reference program on these specific topics.

2025
South Africa

About

Described by the Financial Times as the program for "the infantry that wins the war", the Program Management Seminar is aimed at developing operational excellence in business schools and management development institutions and has educated so far over 601 participants from 162 institutions in 45 countries of Europe, Asia, and Africa.

We welcome registrations for the next edition of the seminar, taking place on 28–30 October 2025 in South Africa, and invite broader representation from management schools around the world to join the discussion and share experiences.

Who is it for?

For program managers and administrators in charge of design, promotion and delivery of management education programs.

What do you get?

You will learn from the best about how to organize an excellent program, work effectively with faculty and participants, and build relationships not only with them, but also among them, engage alumni, deliver good customer service and assure the quality of programs, deal with ethical dilemmas, market the program, and much more. Particular attention will be given to the current changes and challenges in program management caused by the growing use of AI. After completion of the seminar, you will also become a part of the PMS alumni network.

It gives you the chance to learn not only from the faculty, but also from other participants who bring a wealth of experience and diverse perspectives. Particular attention will be given to the current changes and challenges in program management caused by the use of AI.
