Challenges and opportunities for sustainable development in post-pandemic world

Wroclaw University of Economics and Business is pleased to invite you to take part in the International Academic Week (both STA and STT) that will be held between 9 and 13 May 2022.

 We invite the Academic Staff from our Partner Universities to provide lectures for our students and cooperate with our researchers. We invite the Non-Academic Staff to talk about new trends in higher education and exchange experience. 

All of us will contribute to the activities planned for the Week and we hope that this collaboration will lead to deeper interdisciplinary insights, fruitful networking and new acquaintances for all of us participating in the event.

We can only accept a limited number of guests.

You will receive a confirmation email regarding your participation in the International Academic Week no later than 10 April 2022. Once your application is approved, you will be asked to submit the following supporting documents before 20 April 2022: 

- Teaching Agreement - academic staff

- Traning Agreement - non-academic staff

General information

During the Week, our guests will be asked to provide lectures for our students and to take part in the workshops, organized by our University, focusing on discussions about the possibilities of our future research cooperation, e.g. networking sessions for Scholars. Lectures should be given in English and the following areas are specially recommended: Marketing, International Marketing, Finance, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, International Business, Business Informatics, Clusters, Networks, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Spatial Economy, etc.

We do not charge any registration fees. There will only be a charge for dinner (EUR 30).

 Coffee breaks will be organized by the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. Since we would like to get to know you and your countries, you are kindly asked to brings with you some traditional food or drinks. Special dinner will be organized for all participants to try different cuisines and taste local treats.

Participants are expected to cover their travel, accommodation and daily allowance expenses.

Participants from institutions that are members of the ERASMUS+ mobility program can apply for an ERASMUS+ grant through their home institution International Office. They will get their mobility confirmed by our International Cooperation Center.

Participants are asked to make accommodation arrangements on their own.
