Time: 12:00–13:00 CET
Location: Online (Link to follow)

In this CoffeeChat, we will explore the topic “Managing in Chaos: When Everything Speeds Up, Leaders Should Slow Down.” In today’s fast-changing and unpredictable environment, leaders often face increasing pressure to act quickly. This conversation will focus on why effective leadership sometimes requires slowing down, reflecting, and making thoughtful decisions in the midst of complexity and rapid change.

We are happy to welcome Prof. Krzysztof Obłój, Professor at Kozminski University and the University of Warsaw, and a leading expert in strategic and international management. He is the former President of the European International Business Academy (EIBA). Professor Obłój has taught across Europe, China, and the United States, including at Yale University, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, École des Ponts et Chaussées, and Sun Yat-sen University. His teaching covers Corporate Strategy, Strategic Management, and International Management at all academic levels. He is also a multiple-time recipient of the Best Executive MBA Teacher Award and the Best Scholar Award.
