EURAM 2015 Conference: Uncertainty is a great opportunity

Location:
Warsaw, Poland
Source:
  • Members
Kozminski University (KU) and the European Academy of Management (EURAM) invite you together with members of your institution to participate/contribute to the 15th EURAM annual conference which will take place at KU, Warsaw, Poland.

It is our pleasure to announce the celebration of EURAM 2015 in Warsaw (Poland). The conference will take place between the 17th and the 20th of June 2015, and it will address the theme: Uncertainty is a great opportunity. You can find more information about the conference in the webiste: http://euram-online.org/conference/2015/

We envision EURAM 2015 as a very participative conference, which will be built by the contribution and collaboration of all its participants. We are pleased to invite you to collaborate in building the programme by proposing topics for discussion, symposia or development working groups (DWGs) for the 15th EURAM Annual Conference.

Call for Topics [click here]

Topics are considered relevant research questions, themes, issues, problems or aspects to be included in the programme of the conference as those composing the parallel sessions of the different Strategic Interest Groups [SIGs] of EURAM.

Call for Symposia [click here]

Symposia are discrete sessions around a specific topic or problem that:

  • engages a group of panelists in a formal interactive discussion,
  • encourages lively discussion, presentation of alternative views,
  • attracts the interest of a sufficient number of scholars,
  • engages with issues that cut across existing SIGs, and
  • can be accomplished in a 90min window.

Call for Development Working Groups [click here]

DWG are opportunities to experiment with new session formats and ideas that might not fit easily within the confines of the regular conference program. Sessions will last from 2 to 4 hours and will take place during the preconference or post-conference activities. Some examples may be roundtable discussions, brainstorming sessions; methodological workshops, technology demonstrations…, addressing topics like, for example, new theoretical developments, connections between theory and practice, cutting edge methods, or research projects definition, just to name a few.

Proposals are to be submitted to euram2015@kozminski.edu.pl. Please click here for further information about different types of submissions and collaboration, and to obtain the specific templates* required for each option.
