CEEMAN’s signature event brings together deans and directors of its member and partner organizations from all over the world, focusing on topics of key importance for management development. Featuring outstanding keynotes, presentations and interactive roundtables from academia and business, the Conference also includes side events such as company visits, poster session for faculty and researchers, accreditation sessions, and the CEEMAN Annual Meeting.

In today’s rapidly evolving educational landscape, universities must critically assess the lasting impact of digital transformation on teaching and learning. The CEEMAN EdTech Seminar is designed to help educators enhance the quality of their technology-driven performance and successfully navigate online and hybrid environments.

Described by the Financial Times as the program for "the infantry that wins the war", the Program Management Seminar is aimed at developing operational excellence in business schools and management development institutions and has educated so far over 601 participants from 162 institutions in 45 countries of Europe, Asia, and Africa.

The 23rd Sustainability International Conference, hosted by GUST in Kuwait from 11–13 November 2025, invites submissions for the "Heritage and Historical Contexts" track. Co-chaired by Dr. Jimmy Naipaul and Prof. Zina Kyriakou, this track explores cultural legacies in the context of global sustainability.
