We are pleased to announce that International Quality Accreditation was awarded to the School of Management at Zhejiang University (hereinafter: ZJU-SOM). This is the first management education institution in China that has acquired CEEMAN International Quality Accreditation. ZJU-SOM was also the first management education institution in China that gained AMBA accreditation (in 2006). At present, ZJU-SOM is accredited also by other two major international accreditation institutions (AACSB and EQUIS), and by domestic accreditation institution (CAMEA).

CEEMAN is very proud to announce that International Management Institute (hereinafter: MIM-Kyiv) has acquired International Quality Re-Accreditation status for additional six years. Apart from the national accreditation, MIM-Kyiv has been maintaining external accreditation practices since 2004 when the initial CEEMAN International Quality Accreditation (IQA) accreditation was awarded. MIM-Kyiv was re-accredited by CEEMAN in 2011, and in 2015 the MBA portfolio obtained AMBA initial accreditation.

On the occasion of the 4th Academy of International Business AIB-CEE Chapter Conference, hosted by the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, CEEMAN awarded two IMTA scholarships for best paper and for highly commended paper.

23rd CEEMAN Case Writing Competition, organized for the tenth time in cooperation with Emerald Group Publishing, attracted sixty-six case study submissions written by 126 authors and co-authors from 25 countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, China, Ethiopia, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Kenya, Lithuania, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam). Among the case authors are two IMTA alumni and ten authors come from CEEMAN member schools.

CEEMAN and IEDC president yesterday delivered the speech at the UN PRME Global Forum. She was awarded for her pioneering contribution to the establishment of the PRME initiative.

CEEMAN Case Writing Competition, organized for the eleventh consecutive time in partnership with Emerald Publishing, has closed for submissions. We are delighted to announce that the competition has proven yet again an interesting outlet for authors focusing on developing and emerging markets.

Less than 3 months from now, CEEMAN is going to hold its 25th annual conference in Hangzhou in Zheijang province, China. Hangzhou, once a pearl of the ancient Silk Road, is today one of the best examples of Chinese innovative growth in global economy.

IMTA faculty believes that everybody can step out of their comfort zone of teaching, see themselves as they are, re- evaluate, find other possibilities and exercise new approaches to how to teach. Shaping and reshaping the teaching is what was happens at IMTA all the time.

29 participants from all over the world arrived at Bled on Sunday 11 June for a two week academy to get to know and learn about the latest teaching practices in management education.

Three-day Program Management seminar ended in Bled. From 5 April, 51 participants from all over the world had a unique opportunity to meet new people and colleagues from other countries and listen to some of the most prominent professors of business education in Bled.

Under the organization of CEEMAN, program management seminar starts with a record number of 51 participant from 33 institutions from 20 countries coming to Bled to join the three-day program.

Participants from 7 countries and 8 partnership organizations of LEAD4SKILLS project met at IEDC- Bled School of Management in Bled from 3 to 4 April.

CEEMAN is very proud to announce that the Wrocław University of Economics has acquired International Quality Accreditation (IQA) for duration of six years and has become part of CEEMAN IQA Community.

Based on the site visit to AlmaU in December 2016, it was recognized that AlmaU continues to hold one of the leading positions in the national market of management education.
