The National Institute for Innovation Management (NIIM) of Zhejiang University, the International Association for Management Development in Dynamic Societies (CEEMAN) and IEDC-Bled School of Management have announced their call for papers about the Hidden Champions phenomenon. It will also be the center of attention at the symposium “Hidden Champions in the Connected World” on 22-23 October 2018 at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China.
Contributions that showcase examples of successful Hidden Champions and how they fare in the conditions of a globalized world can include the following topics, but shouldn’t be limited to:
- Innovativeness as a key success factor for hidden champions
- Ownership of hidden champions
- Leadership of hidden champions
- Manufacturing capabilities and hidden champions
- Hidden champions in global market
- Financial aspects of hidden champion business models
- From hidden champions to corporate giants
- Hidden champions and sustainable development
