An international, biennial conference bringing together several hundred researchers, practitioners, managers, consultants and artists focusing on management and organizational studies from the perspectives of the social sciences, humanities and arts.

The Call for Streams is open until July 31, 2015. Ideas for conference tracks/sessions, exhibitions or performances can be submitted via email to: aomo2016@gmail.com; When the selection process for conference streams has been completed there will be a full Call for Papers issued.

What are the themes for 2016?
The 2016 conference theme is “Empowering the Intangible” focusing on exploring and expressing the felt, sensory and emotional aspects of management, leadership and daily organizational life.
