The mentor is expected to support research teams within the following areas: preparing the paper to submit in top tier journals, preparing the paper to submit in ABS-AG/JCR journals, preparing to apply for an international grant, conducting research internationally.
Project duration is 15 hours within max. ten months.

The mentor is expected to support research teams within the following areas: preparing the paper to submit in top tier journals, preparing the paper to submit in ABS-AG/JCR journals, preparing to apply for an international grant, conducting research internationally.
Expected mentor competencies are as follows (it is not necessary to meet all of them):
• experience in cooperation with external scholars,
• co-author publications,
• co-author presentations in conferences/seminars, expertise in theoretical and methodological issues of the planned paper or grant application,
• papers published in ABS-AJG /JCR journals,
• reviews of papers submitted to ABS-AJG /JCR journals, reviews of monographs (at least II level),
• the research results published in ABS-AJG /JCR journals, the research done in international teams,
• applying for/participating in/managing international grants
The mentor can be the co-author of the supported publication and/or grant. Additionally, the work of the mentor will be gratified financially.
