“Many people have ADHD symptoms but no diagnosis. We need universal environments, not labels.” Researchers from Gdańsk Tech –Elżbieta Karwowska, PhD and Piotr Majewski (postgraduate student) – have developed a concept of teal and neurodiverse organisation. Unlike traditional approaches, which aim to “fit” employees into normative frameworks, this concept proposes creating a space in which each person – regardless of their cognitive profile – can grow, be themselves, and contribute in unique ways.

Leveraging its disciplinary strengths and deep roots in the water industry, Business School of Hohai University (HHBS) has proactively built a shared platform for case and course development, with particularly notable achievements in the construction of a "Water Management" Case and Course Development Sharing Platform. This platform focuses on key issues related to the sustainable development of the water industry and is dedicated to uncovering representative management practices to support policy-making and corporate decision-making. Currently, the platform includes 40 featured cases on water management, covering areas such as water resources, hydraulic engineering, water utilities, shipping, ports, and water-related scenic areas. This has resulted in a case system with distinct industry characteristics. Beyond serving HHBS faculty and students, the platform is shared with universities and industry institutions across China, promoting academic exchange and collaboration in the water management domain.
