For the fourth year, NCE RK "Atameken" publishes a ranking of educational programs of universities by order of the Ministry of Education and Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The ranking evaluates programs according to 19 criteria, among which are the level of employment of graduates, the median salary of graduates, the accreditation of the educational program, the quality of the teaching staff and the relevance of educational programs.
In 2021, the study covered 2002 educational programs, analyzed the employment of tens of thousands of graduates from 105 universities.
The ranking is designed to meet the interests of the employer in personnel quality, in a global sense, the ranking should reduce youth unemployment. Throughout the country, there is a process of forming essentially new formation of employees, trained and adapted to practical activities, as well as competitive and competent, taking into account modern realities.
