To support the development of academic staff BA School of Business and Finance organised a four day intensive training activity “Preparation and delivery of hybrid lectures” at the beginning of the year. The content of the training activity was selected taking into account the need to bring digital teaching into professional practice to ensure the quality and effective business and management education. The training courses facilitated the acquisition of new methods and ideas which further could result in diversified teaching methods needed for a remote learning environment.
The benefit of the training is that 20 academic staff members had the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and practical skills for preparing and delivering hybrid lectures. They practised interactive digital tools and video materials. Special focus was on combining face-to-face teaching and online teaching.
Training activity is co-funded by ESF project No. 8.2.2.0/18/A/007 “Support to Strengthen the Capacity of Academic Staff of BA School of Business and Finance”.
