Submission Tracks
We encourage submissions in the following sub-tracks:
- Teaching Case Studies: Share your self-developed case studies that are actively used in your teaching.
- Research Work: Present your fundamental or applied research projects, with a focus on their application in management or business teaching.
- Teaching Tools & Techniques: Showcase successful tools and techniques you’ve developed or adopted for your courses or programs.
- Relevant Experiences: Present any other experiences related to the conference theme that can contribute to the discussion.
Submission Guidelines
To Participate:
- Submit an Abstract: Send a description of your poster presentation by 5 August 2024 to Prof. Zoltan Buzady at zoltan@buzady.hu. Your abstract should include the sub-track, topic, key aspects, and relevance to the conference theme. All submissions will be reviewed for inclusion in the conference. Notifications about the acceptance of your submission are typically provided within 5 days. However, please note that the latest date for notification is August 25th. We plan to maintain a first-come, first-accepted scheme, provided the submission meets our quality standards. This approach is intended to help participants plan their travel arrangements accordingly.
- Prepare Your Poster: Create a paper poster or brief visual presentation (A1 size) to display throughout the conference. Please bring your poster printed on either paper or textile to the annual conference.
- Present Your Work: Present your ideas in a 10-minute open session on 25 September 2024. The exact schedule will be provided closer to the date.
- Submit Final Materials: After the conference, submit a high-quality photo of your poster and a two-page write-up by 14 October 2024.
Poster Requirements:
- Clearly state the poster’s topic and relevance.
- Outline related topics or elements.
- Provide recommendations for using the content in teaching or management education.
- Include your name, affiliation, and contact information.

Conditions of Participation:
All poster presenters receive a 10% discount on the conference participation fee.
