Call for poster session contributions at the 32nd CEEMAN Annual Conference

We invite faculty members and researchers to showcase their work at a poster session related to the overall theme of the 32nd CEEMAN Annual Conference: “Entrepreneurship in the Digital Age”, taking place on 25-27 September 2024 in Innsbruck, Austria.

Why Participate in the Poster Session?

  1. Visibility and Recognition: Highlight your pedagogical innovations and research findings to a global audience.
  2. Research Exchange: Share and discover new research tools, methodologies, and findings.
  3. Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow academics, researchers, and professionals.
  4. Publishing Platform: Utilize a new platform for disseminating your research findings, teaching materials, and practical solutions.

Submission Tracks

We encourage submissions in the following sub-tracks:

  1. Teaching Case Studies: Share your self-developed case studies that are actively used in your teaching.
  2. Research Work: Present your fundamental or applied research projects, with a focus on their application in management or business teaching.
  3. Teaching Tools & Techniques: Showcase successful tools and techniques you’ve developed or adopted for your courses or programs.
  4. Relevant Experiences: Present any other experiences related to the conference theme that can contribute to the discussion.

Submission Guidelines

To Participate:

  1. Submit an Abstract: Send a description of your poster presentation by 5 August 2024 to Prof. Zoltan Buzady at Your abstract should include the sub-track, topic, key aspects, and relevance to the conference theme. All submissions will be reviewed for inclusion in the conference. Notifications about the acceptance of your submission are typically provided within 5 days. However, please note that the latest date for notification is August 25th. We plan to maintain a first-come, first-accepted scheme, provided the submission meets our quality standards. This approach is intended to help participants plan their travel arrangements accordingly.
  2. Prepare Your Poster: Create a paper poster or brief visual presentation (A1 size) to display throughout the conference. Please bring your poster printed on either paper or textile to the annual conference.
  1. Present Your Work: Present your ideas in a 10-minute open session on 25 September 2024. The exact schedule will be provided closer to the date.
  2. Submit Final Materials: After the conference, submit a high-quality photo of your poster and a two-page write-up by 14 October 2024.


Poster Requirements:

  • Clearly state the poster’s topic and relevance.
  • Outline related topics or elements.
  • Provide recommendations for using the content in teaching or management education.
  • Include your name, affiliation, and contact information.

Conditions of Participation:

All poster presenters receive a 10% discount on the conference participation fee.
