Bled, Slovenia / Prague, Czechia – 23 September 2025 As the world’s largest cross-sector leadership gathering prepares to convene in Prague under the theme “Leading Together,” the International Leadership Association’s 27th Global Conference will this year be chaired by Professor Danica Purg, Founder and Dean of IEDC–Bled School of Management and President of CEEMAN - the International Association for Management Development in Dynamic Societies.

A pioneering voice in management education and leadership development, Professor Purg has dedicated her career to advancing relevance, excellence, and responsible leadership. As the founder of CEEMAN, she has built one of the most influential platforms for management development in Central and Eastern Europe, uniting institutions and leaders from over 60 countries to champion innovation and quality in education.

“The pace of change around us is relentless. Leadership isn’t just evolving - it’s being reimagined,” said Professor Danica Purg, ILA Global Conference Chair. “In Prague, we will join a global community committed to dialogue and discovery - exploring how leadership can serve as a catalyst for collaboration and positive change.”
CEEMAN, which this year proudly endorses the ILA Global Conference, recognizes the event as a natural extension of its own mission: bringing together educators, researchers, and business leaders to co-create new models of leadership development that respond to regional and global challenges. The conference theme, “Leading Together,” echoes CEEMAN’s long-standing commitment to connecting the world, bridging academia and practice, and fostering leadership for a sustainable and inclusive future.

Taking place October 15–18, 2025, at the Hilton Prague, the conference will host hundreds of leadership scholars, educators, executives, and policymakers. Through keynotes, panels, and interactive sessions, it will examine how collaborative leadership can bridge divides and drive transformation in an era marked by complexity and fragmentation.

CEEMAN’s endorsement underlines its continuous contribution to international dialogue on leadership, ethics, sustainability, and innovation, and its belief that collaboration among institutions like ILA and CEEMAN is vital for shaping a more just and thriving global community.
