The CITPM conference is addressed to scientists who are interested in the issues of managing organizations. The CITPM 2020 conference was a scientific event characterized by a very high level in terms of content and organization. Reviewed scientific articles of conference participants are published in Proceedings of the International Conference Contemporary Issues in Theory and Practice of Management always before the conference start date. Proceedings of the 1st International Conference Contemporary Issues in Theory and Practice of Management (CITPM 2016) has been accepted by the Thomson Reuters in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index, which is integrated with the Web of Science™ Core Collection database. From the first edition of the conference, its partners are Alexander Dubček University of Trenčín in Slovakia and VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava from the Czech Republic. The purpose of the cyclical conference "Multimedia In Business and Administration" is to present latest trends and technologies that allow to solve problems in the scope of organising and managing contemporary organizations. With particular stress on developing cooperation between centres and representatives of business, we initiate new scientific and business contacts. The conference combines science with business and administration through a discussion form of scientific sessions, with the participation of experts acting as moderators. As part of the conference, broadly understood multimedia, ICT technologies are presented that improve both economic activities and teaching, taking into account dynamic changes in the environment, such as for example the COVID-19 pandemic.
