International European University successfully hosted its annual Global Engagement Day, a key event dedicated to strengthening international dialogue, expanding mobility opportunities, and fostering global citizenship among students and staff.
The program featured presentations on Erasmus+ mobility, Blended Intensive Programs, international partnership networks, and opportunities for studies and internships abroad. Students learned about global engagement initiatives, current joint projects, and avenues for participating in international collaboration across Europe and beyond.
In addition to presentations, the event included interactive sessions on intercultural communication, youth leadership, and the role of students in building peace, resilience, and inclusion - topics that are particularly relevant given the challenges facing Ukrainian learners studying both in Ukraine and abroad.
Global Engagement Day demonstrated IEU’s ongoing commitment to internationalization, inclusivity, and the creation of meaningful learning experiences that connect Ukrainian students with global academic communities. Despite the complexities of wartime conditions, IEU continues to provide students with access to international networks, high-quality learning resources, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
