AlmaU Extension successfully implemented 27 corporate projects and 28 open educational programs. In 2024, participants studied the following disciplines:
- Human Resources Professional – A program for HR executives and managers. Participants explored key aspects of corporate culture, HR analytics, modern digital trends, reward and KPI systems development, as well as methods of design thinking and the selection of HR-Tech tools.
- Human Resource Manager – A course for HR managers and line managers, focused on recruitment, enhancing corporate culture, and reducing employee turnover.
- Training of Trainers – Professional training for business trainers. Participants acquired practical skills in designing and conducting online and offline training sessions, as well as studying gamification and case analysis.
- Commercial Director – A program aimed at developing skills in sales management, marketing, business process automation, and building an effective team.
- Finance for Non-Financial Professionals – A course for executives of non-financial departments and top managers with a strong emphasis on practical case studies. Graduates of the program can count its modules as credits when applying for an MBA at AlmaU.
- Financial Director – A program for specialists striving to maximize profits, synchronize strategic and operational management, and adapt to uncertain conditions.
The solemn ceremony took place in a warm and festive atmosphere. Business trainers of the programs—Marina Novotochina, Sergey Zubarev, Artyk Kuzmin, and Vera Makater—congratulated the graduates on their successful completion of training and presented them with diplomas.
AlmaU Extension continues to actively develop the concept of lifelong education. In the coming year, participants will be offered up-to-date programs that address modern challenges, helping graduates maintain a competitive edge in the professional field.
