To ensure the health and safety of IEDC colleagues, they work remotely. All staff members meet weekly via Zoom to learn about latest decisions from the management and to update each other on work and personal developments. All other management and division meetings are held via online apps or by e-mail communication.
IEDC has, in response to COVID-19 situation, developed and successfully held two webinars on Crisis Management led by Dr. Nenad Filipović and Next recession by Dr. Jim Ellert (please click on the respective links to view webinar recordings). Both webinars were extremely successful and attended by more than 500 participants each.
IEDC also developed a focused suit of 3 short on-line seminars tackling extremely important, but possibly less obvious leadership priorities in times of crisis.
IEDC keeps in touch with its clients, business partners, faculty members and its Alumni also in times of crisis. A video address by Prof. Danica Purg, Dean and President of the IEDC-Bled School of Management was shared among them via e-mails and social media.
Open - seminars, tailor-made programs and MBA and DBA programs were deferred to later dates, but quite some will be delivered online as previously scheduled.
