PhD students, Saka Bahadur of the International Executive School, Strasbourg, and Kanu Priya of Sharda University, India, were honoured with the Best Presentation Award at the IALS 2.0 International Conference: Bridging Borders, A Doctoral Research Exchange, held online on 20 and 21 February 2026, in recognition of exceptional research excellence.

The International Executive School (IES), Strasbourg, France, is proud to celebrate the achievements of two doctoral scholars at the IALS 2.0 International Conference: Bridging Borders, A Doctoral Research Exchange, co-organised by IES and Sharda School of Business Studies, Sharda University, India, and held online on 20 and 21 February 2026.

Saka Bahadur, PhD Candidate at IES, and Kanu Priya, PhD Student at Sharda University, were both awarded the Best Presentation Award, selected through a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Their recognition reflects not only their individual talent but also the quality of doctoral training and research culture that IES actively cultivates through its global academic partnerships.

The conference brought together emerging researchers, academicians, and industry experts from across the world, providing a platform for high-level scholarly exchange in Management and the Social and Behavioural Sciences. IES played a central role in co-designing and delivering this international forum, consistent with its mission to develop globally minded, research-driven leaders.

This result is a testament to what IES doctoral candidates are capable of when given the right environment, mentorship, and international exposure. IES continues to invest in creating opportunities that place its students at the forefront of global academic dialogue.
