International Executive School, Strasbourg, France, and Sharda School of Business Studies, Sharda University, India, are pleased to announce a call for papers for the International Conference: Innovate, Adapt, Lead, and Sustain (IALS 2.0): Shaping the Future of Business - Bridging Borders: A Doctoral Research Exchange.

This collaborative virtual conference will be held February 21-22, 2026, via Microsoft Teams, bringing together doctoral scholars, academicians, and researchers from around the world to share insights and build international research networks.

The conference welcomes original research papers from doctoral scholars, postdoctoral researchers, academicians, industry experts, and early-stage researchers across Management and Social and Behavioral Sciences disciplines. This platform emphasizes cross-cultural learning, interdisciplinary approaches, and collaborative research practices that address complex global challenges.

Submission Guidelines: Papers should not exceed 4,000 words and must be original, unpublished work following APA 7th edition formatting. All submissions undergo double-blind peer review. Papers must include title page, abstract with keywords, introduction, literature review, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references. Plagiarism checks will be conducted, with submissions exceeding 10% similarity disqualified.

Key Benefits: Participants gain international exposure, constructive feedback from peers and faculty, opportunities to refine research communication skills, and access to global academic networking. Selected papers may be considered for Scopus-indexed publication in edited volumes, conference proceedings, or partner journals.

Registration is free of cost. Papers should be submitted via the official Google Form by January 20, 2026. Notification of acceptance will be communicated by January 25, 2026.
