The International Executive School is proud to share that PhD candidates Rony Azar and Munna Saka Bahadur have been selected to present their research at the 11th International Conference on Business, Management and Economics, to be held in Paris, France from August 14–16, 2025. This prestigious event brings together global scholars to explore the latest developments in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.
As part of their doctoral research, both students are offering timely insights into the evolving landscapes of emerging economies.
Rony Azar’s presentation, titled “Generational Shifts in Sustainable Practices: Perspectives of Textile Entrepreneurs in Varanasi and Kanpur on the Ganges' Environmental Restoration,” examines how business leaders across generations are responding to environmental challenges in India's textile hubs. His research sheds light on shifting mindsets and sustainable strategies tied to one of the world’s most iconic and threatened rivers.
Munna Saka Bahadur will present his study “The Impact of Mobile Commerce Adoption on Sales Performance in Yangon’s Informal Food Retail Sector.” His work explores the transformative effect of digital tools on small-scale food vendors in Myanmar, revealing how mobile commerce is reshaping sales practices and empowering informal entrepreneurs in rapidly changing urban markets.
