From July to October 2023, the KROK Business School provided training for the ABCOMMUNICATION management team under the Lean Green Belt program. The program included 6 one-day modules devoted to mastering the main topics recommended for study by International Independent Board for Lean Certification® (IIBLC®). The training program was developed taking into account the specifics of the company's activities. Participants worked in classes with Roman Romantsov, head of the accredited training center Lean IIBLC, business coach, consultant in the areas of “Supply Chain Management”, “Lean Manufacturing” (Lean, Kaizen), “Project Management to Improve Operational Efficiency”, “Building and optimization of business processes using Lean tools.
During the training, program participants actively worked in classes, studying the methods and fundamental principles of Lean, basic project cycles and much more, in order to further apply them in their activities. Between modules, participants completed homework and immediately applied the acquired knowledge in practice.
A culture of continuous improvement is a process of continuous development of a company, business processes, products, services and management style. A key feature of a continuous improvement culture is bottom-up improvement. And the KROK Business School has the potential of highly qualified business instructors who provide knowledge to ensure a process of continuous improvement in accordance with international standards to help Ukrainian companies become more successful, progressive, and efficient.
