Corporate training is one of the popular activities of KROK Business School. Corporate programs are always tailor-made created at the request of companies after conducting a pre-training study considering the specifics of the organization's activities. In September, KROK Business School (Kyiv, Ukraine) successfully implemented several such programs for organizations.
At the end of spring 2024, a group of 25 managers of Vodafone Ukraine was trained at the KROK Business School on the topic "Contractual activity for buyers". The training program, considering the specifics of the company's work, was developed and conducted by Svitlana Moroz, PhD, a business-instructor at the KROK Business School, lawyer, managing partner of the Dictum Law Company.
During the training, participants discussed several specific challenges faced by Vodafone Ukraine in international trade, including compliance with regulatory requirements, documentation accuracy, risk management, understanding the consequences of various international trade agreements and their impact on Vodafone operations, as well as the intricacies of customs procedures. This training provided valuable insights and practical solutions adapted to the challenges of Vodafone Ukraine employees, helping them to better manage their international trade operations.
Also, at the end of September, participants of the Ukrainian Business Brotherhood - an association of entrepreneurs with common values of sociality, unity, business, patriotism and personal development - attended the two-day "Growth Mindset" training from KROK Business School, which was conducted by Oksana Sedashova, PhD, an associate professor of KROK Business School, business trainer, corporate psychologist.
The event took place in Lviv in the conference hall of the Grand Hotel Lviv. Effective entrepreneurship is impossible without training and development - this is what the Ukrainian Business Brotherhood believes - working together for the development of our country, the members of this community strive to become one of the key players in the construction of a new Ukraine, namely, to make Ukraine a worthy and economically profitable partner with whom they want to build friendly and long-term relations other countries.
During the program took place:
• Formation of a growth mindset
• Development of emotional intelligence
and self-management
• Increasing efficiency in business
• Development of individual action plans.
The participants not only learned about the concept of "Growth Mindset", but were able to reformat their thinking, as well as plan specific steps to implement the Growth Mindset culture and performance indicators in their enterprises.
