The Forum was organized by the RANEPA’s Department of Finance and Banking with the support of the “Women on Boards of Directors” community. The Forum was held under the auspices of the Rector of the RANEPA, D.Sc. Economics, Professor V.A. Mau.
At the Forum, authoritative Russian and foreign experts and leaders of major business unions discussed why the role of women leaders is increasing now and talk about new trajectories of women’s career development in management, finance and technology. A special place at the Forum was devoted to the discussion with participation of the Deputy Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation R.N. Vesterovsky, Director of the HR Policy and Staff Development Department of the Ministry of Economic Development T.I. Diakonova and Executive Vice-President and member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs A.V. Murychev on “Potential for Growth of the Share of Women at the Strategic Management Level.”
