On October 16, MIM Business School held a charity concert “MIM. Jazz. Inspiration,” bringing together its community to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The event combined live music with reflections on creativity, teamwork, and leadership — values that remain essential for both business and society in times of war.
The evening featured the Sunnyside Quintet, a group of jazz musicians whose performances created an atmosphere of warmth and inspiration. Betweensongs, the musicians shared stories about how certain compositions were created and how music can inspire companies, teams, and brands to find new ideas, cooperate more effectively, and adapt creatively to change.
For MIM, the event became an example of how cultural experiences can strengthen business thinking. The principles of jazz: listening, improvisation, and trust - mirror those that define strong teams and effective leaders. The concert showed how inspiration can emerge not only in classrooms or boardrooms but also through shared experiences that connect people and ideas.
All proceeds from the evening were directed to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces. MIM is committed to combining professional development with civic engagement and continues to foster a community where leadership is expressed through responsibility, empathy, and action.Link to more information: https://mim.kyiv.ua/news/biznes-u-stili-dzhaz-vechir-mim.-jazz.-inspiration
