KROK Business School partners with European Business Association to support Ukranian businesses

In July and August, faculty of KROK Business School (Kyiv, Ukraine) delivered open lectures for the employees of companies, members of the European Business Association, including well-known international and national brands.

The most important thing for businesses in Ukraine today is the ability to reformat and determine what knowledge is currently needed to function during the war.) Since the beginning of military actions in Ukraine, the goals of KROK Business School (Kyiv, Ukraine)  was to create the number of initiatives to  support ukrainian  businesses and entrepreneurs. KROK Business School in cooperation with the European Business Association (EBA) , delivered the number of open events  for employees of EBA member companies. In July, an open online lecture "Why does business need mediation?" was held, which was prepared and conducted by the business instructors of the "Master of Mediation and Conflict Resolution" program, Oksana Sedashova and Victoria Polishchuk. The lecture was devoted to practical mechanisms for resolving conflicts in Ukraine in business - in international and national companies, with partners, employees and clients. In an interactive format, the dynamics of conflicts were analyzed and it was shown on practical examples when it is advisable to use extrajudicial methods of dispute settlement in order to save resources as much as possible in the conditions of martial law.

In August, Viktoria Polishchuk delivered online lecture "Work in conditions of war: laws, trends, updates", which highlighted the update of Ukrainian legislation and practical advice on the organization of work, business relocation, the procedure for changing organization of business and reducing employees. Together with the speaker, the participants worked out the algorithms of employers' actions in martial law using practical examples.

These two lectures gathered more than 800 listeners, which proves that the KROK Business School offers always relevant topics and content of informational and educational events for the support and development of Ukrainian business representatives. The collaboration continues and another open online lecture will be held in October on the topic " Subject to correction: How HR Can Change Employee Behavior."
