In January of 2024, KROK Business School reported for the first time to UN PRME  on compliance with the principles of responsible management education in our school in 2021-2022.The Report on Sharing Progress of KROK Business School attracts our attention and responsibility to the United Nations Initiative.

To achieve the goals of sustainable development through responsible management education (UN PRME) is important for KROK Business School due to several reasons:

Accountability: Reporting on progress in UN PRME demonstrates the KROK Business School's commitment to accountability and transparency in its efforts to implement the principles of responsible management education in the school's programs and activities.

Benchmarking: Regular reporting allows KROK Business School to compare its progress with other business schools around the world that are also part of the UN PRME initiative. This helps identify strengths and areas for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Continuous improvement: Thanks to regular monitoring, KROK Business School can identify gaps and areas for improvement in the implementation of the principles of responsible management training. This allows the school to adjust strategies and initiatives accordingly.

Engagement and networking: Participating in the UN PRME initiative provides KROK Business School with opportunities to communicate with a global network of like-minded people, share best practices, collaborate on projects, and learn from others.

Impact on reputation: Active participation in the UN PRME initiative and transparent reporting on progress has a positive impact on the reputation of KROC Business School as a socially responsible institution that shares the principles of sustainable development and ethical business practices. It attracts the attention of students, teachers, alumni, and partners who share similar values.

Meeting stakeholder expectations: Many stakeholders, including students, faculty, alumni, businesses, and potential employers, increasingly expect educational institutions to demonstrate their commitment to sustainable development and responsible management practices. Reporting on progress in UN PRME helps KROK Business School meet these expectations and build stakeholder trust.

We invite colleagues and potential partners to familiarize themselves with the PRME report from the KROK Business School (Ukraine, Kyiv) - you can find it here: https://www.unprme.org/krok-business-school/

We are open to cooperation and are looking for opportunities to join thematic work groups and departments that are working together to develop the principles of responsible management education.

The next challenge for us should be the implementation of a new action plan for the implementation of responsible management education in 2023-2024. We greatly appreciate the comprehensive support and partnership with UN PRME and will gladly share our unique experience with colleagues from different countries in the future.
