Empowering Retail Efficiency: SILPO FOOD Inventory Management Program

In August 2025, KROK Business School conducted a two-day Inventory Management Training for SILPO FOOD, one of Ukraine’s largest retail networks. Led by Roman Romantsov, Head of the Lean Management Center, the training focused on modern tools for optimizing stock levels, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and increasing turnover efficiency – providing immediate value and measurable business impact.

Managerial School 4.0 for Credit Agricole Bank: Leadership for the Future

Launched in June 2025, the Managerial School 4.0 is a six-month corporate development program for Credit Agricole Bank.
It aims to cultivate agile, human-centered leaders capable of guiding teams through transformation and digitalization.
Modules such as Effective Communication & Personal Efficiency, Creative and Design Thinking, and Digital Thinking, as well as Self-esteem, Self-reflection, and Resilience combine managerial psychology, innovation strategy, and digital leadership skills. The program is designed to intensively train participants with practical tools to improve collaboration, creativity, and adaptability in an ever-changing business environment.

Operational Excellence in Energy: Lean Green Belt Certification

Fifteen managers from Ukraine’s oil & gas industry done their Lean IIBLC® Green Belt certification journey at KROK Business School.

The program develops analytical and problem-solving competence, with participants applying LEAN methodologies to real cases from their companies.

This professional opportunity supports the creation of a national community of certified change leaders driving efficiency and sustainable production.
