MIM Business School continues to demonstrate responsible leadership not only through education and academic excellence, but also through sustained humanitarian action. One of the clearest expressions of this commitment is the work of its charitable foundation, Manage the Future, which brings together the School’s community of alumni, participants, partners, and business leaders to support those defending Ukraine’s fundamental values and the right to a dignified future.
A flagship initiative of the foundation is its long-term partnership with the Central Clinical Hospital of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. MIM Business School approaches this cooperation as more than charitable assistance in the narrow sense. It is a comprehensive model of recovery in which medical treatment is reinforced by care, respect, and attention to the emotional wellbeing of service members undergoing rehabilitation.
Support provided to the hospital covers a wide range of needs. It includes specialized high-cost ophthalmological medicines, modern medical equipment, fresh dairy products, household appliances, and small but meaningful items that help create a sense of comfort and normalcy. This consistent support helps transform the hospital from a purely clinical institution into a space where defenders feel that their dignity, comfort, and personal recovery matter.
Today, MIM Business School and the Manage the Future foundation are expanding this cooperation by developing new cultural and intellectual initiatives to be implemented directly in the hospital environment. Guided by the principle that medicine restores the body, while attention and culture restore the spirit, these activities are designed to provide emotional relief, strengthen connections with civilian life, and support faster rehabilitation.
These efforts are made possible by the strong MIM Business School community, whose members act together in the belief that modern management begins with responsibility for people. For MIM, supporting defenders is not a one-time act of charity, but a mission of gratitude and a long-term contribution to their return to peaceful life with the full support of society.
