He joined Perutnina Ptuj Group as Chief Executive Officer in July 2026. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director Europe at Aggreko, where he co-led the company’s European energy transition strategy across a multi-billion-euro industrial platform.
Previously, Luka Komazec led Resalta for more than a decade, building it into a leading independent energy services company in Central and Southeast Europe. Backed directly by the European Investment Bank and the European Investment Fund, the company was acquired by Aggreko Group in 2024.
Mr. Komazec holds an Executive MBA from IEDC – Bled School of Management and a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ljubljana.
With his extensive experience in international business leadership, energy transition and developing companies across European markets, Mr. Komazec brings a valuable corporate and entrepreneurial perspective to the CEEMAN Board.
