Tjaša has a background in sociology and history. She is currently working as a research and project assistant on two projects dealing with gender equality. She has experience in supporting the research process, conducting interviews, organizing surveys, qualitative methodological analysis, project design, planning and organization, and management and publication editing. She has also participated in the project of two countries, Slovenia and Iceland, dealing with transparency and equal opportunities in diplomacy; on the Slovenian side she participated in the extended research.
In 2021, she helped the CEEMAN team with organizing the annual conference and editing several publications. In 2022, she is taking on the role of Research Assistant for the third research cycle on Hidden Champions in Rising Economies. She is also taking over managing the
CEEMAN/Emerald Case Writing Competition and
CEEMAN Champion Awards.
