Natalia Nevyadomska, founder and owner of the Très Français restaurant chain and a 2025 graduate of MIM Business School's Women Leadership Program (WLP), has been awarded the Chevalier de l'Ordre du Mérite Agricole - one of France's oldest and most prestigious state distinctions.
Established in 1883 at the initiative of Minister of Agriculture Jules Méline, the order carries nearly 150 years of history and is known in France as the "green ribbon." It recognizes outstanding contributions to agricultural heritage, culinary tradition, and the global promotion of French food culture. It is almost exclusively reserved for government officials and scientists. The fact that it has been awarded to a private-sector entrepreneur is a rare exception - and a powerful signal that business, when driven by purpose and integrity, can achieve what policy alone cannot.
Natalia Nevyadomska built Très Français over 15 years into a restaurant chain that does more than serve French cuisine: it functions as a cultural institution, sustaining a living connection between Ukraine and France.
For MIM, this recognition speaks directly to the mission of the Women Leadership Program: to develop women entrepreneurs and executives who lead with vision and create impact that reaches far beyond their industry. Natalia Nevyadomska's 15-year business journey - and the state-level recognition it has earned - is precisely the kind of leadership the WLP is built to cultivate.
