In April 2025, MIM Business School launched a new pre-MBA program for future leaders. Over 90 students — including entrepreneurs, professionals, military personnel, and veterans — joined the program, underscoring the continued demand for education and leadership training in wartime Ukraine.

MIM Business School has officially launched its new pre-MBA program, welcoming more than 90 students in April 2025. This diverse cohort includes representatives from nearly every sector of the Ukrainian economy — from entrepreneurs and marketers to doctors, managers, and military personnel. The program also features a socially impactful component, with military service members and veterans joining the learning process alongside business professionals.

Despite the ongoing war, Ukrainians continue to see education as a powerful tool for personal development and national recovery. At the program’s launch, MIM President Iryna Tykhomyrova emphasized that learning today is an investment in the country’s future — a future being shaped even in the face of uncertainty. She highlighted how the program equips participants not only with business knowledge but also with the leadership mindset needed to contribute meaningfully to Ukraine’s transformation.

The pre-MBA curriculum has been updated to reflect current realities and the challenges Ukraine will face in the years ahead. Special emphasis is placed on crisis management, value creation, innovation, and long-term competitiveness. Just as importantly, the program supports the development of leadership — the ability to make decisions and take responsibility under any circumstances.

The program brings together participants from a wide range of professional backgrounds — from entrepreneurs and marketers to doctors, educators, and active-duty military personnel. Some aim to scale existing businesses, others seek to improve management capacity within their organizations, while many are preparing for transitions, whether into new industries or civilian life after military service.

What unites them is a shared commitment to growth, leadership, and impact. These participants are not only investing in their own development — they are preparing to drive change across their communities, industries, and Ukraine as a whole.
