MIM Business School held the first graduation of its innovation-driven startup development program, supported by IMD. Launched amid the ongoing war, the program empowers future innovators and fosters entrepreneurial resilience — a critical driver for Ukraine’s recovery and long-term growth.

MIM Business School recently held the first graduation ceremony of its Innovation Management program, developed in partnership with IMD Business School (Lausanne, Switzerland), one of the world’s top institutions in executive education. This new program was created to support and strengthen Ukraine’s growing startup movement by offering a practical and forward-looking educational experience.

The Innovation Management program stands out for both its goals and its delivery. It is designed to equip participants with the skills needed to grow and manage startups effectively, with a focus on scaling strategies, team development, partnership building, and investor engagement. The curriculum includes IMD’s Lean Intrapreneurship course, mentoring sessions, and expert consultations, providing a comprehensive learning journey for aspiring innovators.

The program ran from December 2024 to April 2025 and brought together participants who had successfully passed a competitive selection process. Amid the realities of wartime Ukraine, students showed remarkable dedication, creativity, and focus throughout the program. The learning experience was centered on applying new knowledge to real-world challenges, helping participants explore ways to elevate their startup ideas to the next level.

Today, innovation is not a luxury — it is a necessity. It drives economic growth, offers solutions to global challenges, and serves as a foundation for sustainable development. More than ever, Ukraine needs people who can create, adapt, and implement new ideas across all sectors.

MIM Business School continues to teach, support, and invest in such individuals — helping build the foundation for Ukraine’s recovery and long-term progress.
