MIM Business School, in partnership with IMD (International Institute for Management Development), is launching the second wave of the Women Leadership Program - a unique initiative aimed at supporting Ukrainian women in leadership roles across business, public administration, and civil society.
This online, English-language program offers participants a robust combination of strategic management knowledge, practical leadership tools, and international mentorship. Developed in response to the challenges of wartime and the need for national recovery, the initiative is fully funded for selected participants through the Lundin Sustainability Chair at IMD.
The Women Leadership Program is designed for women who are ready to grow personally and professionally, contribute to Ukraine’s transformation, and strengthen their leadership impact in organizations and communities. The format combines academic modules with practical assignments, opportunities for personal reflection, and peer collaboration - fostering resilience, adaptability, and innovation in complex environments.
The first cohort of the Women Leadership Program has already successfully completed the program and shared overwhelmingly positive feedback. Participants emphasized the program’s intensity, practical orientation, and transformative impact on both their professional trajectories and personal development. Many noted that it challenged them beyond their expectations - pushing them to grow, rethink their leadership roles, and identify new directions. The program provided a powerful and relevant learning experience shaped by the realities of wartime Ukraine, where adaptability, clarity of purpose, and resilient leadership are more crucial than ever.
The Women Leadership Program continues to build a powerful community of Ukrainian women ready to lead with vision, responsibility, and impact - both locally and globally.
