MIM Business School’s Women Leadership Program (WLP) won the AMBA & BGA Excellence Awards 2026 in London, taking the Best Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative title as the world’s top programme in its category. Delivered with IMD, the program equips Ukrainian women leaders to drive change during war and recovery nationwide.

MIM Business School’s Women Leadership Program (WLP) has been named the global winner of the Best Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative Award at the AMBA & BGA Excellence Awards 2026.

That award was announced on 23 January 2026 in London, during the AMBA & BGA Excellence Awards ceremony at the Royal Garden Hotel. The evening brought together more than 200 representatives of the global business-education community, including finalists, international jury members and media, with winners selected across 13 categories celebrating best practice in business education.

At the heart of the win is WLP itself: an educational initiative delivered by MIM Business School in partnership with Switzerland’s Institute for Management Development (IMD). The programme is designed to strengthen Ukrainian women leaders with contemporary management learning and practical tools that build managerial and entrepreneurial capabilities. By uniting participants from different regions and professional backgrounds, WLP reinforces inclusive leadership and helps turn leadership development into real projects and actions that respond to Ukraine’s most pressing challenges during wartime and the country’s renewal.

MIM Business School receives this international recognition with profound gratitude and a strong sense of responsibility. It reaffirms the School’s commitment to developing principled, resilient leaders capable of guiding organisations through uncertainty and delivering meaningful change for society. Through initiatives such as the Women Leadership Program, MIM will continue to strengthen leadership capacity across Ukraine, supporting those who will shape the country’s renewal and long-term competitiveness.
